terms & CONDITIONS
Booking & Retainer
A retainer of 50% of the session fee is required to secure your booking. Once the retainer is received, your date is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your session, the retainer is non-refundable. However, I understand that life happens, so one reschedule is possible in case of unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability.
Photography & Editing Style
- By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and agree to my photography and editing style as shown in my portfolio.
- RAW (unedited) files are not included. You will receive carefully selected and professionally edited final images.
Additional Expenses
Studio rental fees, stylist and makeup fees, if applicable, are not included in the session price and are paid separately by the client.
Image Usage & Privacy
The session price includes permission to use selected images for my portfolio, website, and social media.
If you prefer to keep your images completely private, a Private Session upgrade is available for an additional €100.
